Public schools serve an incredibly important and valuable role in our communities by ensuring that all children can receive a high-quality education that puts them on a pathway to success.
We are excited to announce our collaboration with the experts at GO for Public Schools to create the GO for Glenpool Education Tax Credit Fund, which makes the benefits of Oklahoma’s education tax credit law easily accessible to our entire community.
GO for Glenpool is a powerful tool that we can use to support our students, teachers, and schools by taking advantage of the valuable state income tax credits available to contributors. Fundamentally, GO for Glenpool gives each of us the power to bring some of our state income tax dollars back home to benefit the entire Glenpool community through our public schools.
With GO for Glenpool, we can create a new and sustainable source of local funding to build a stronger school system that can better serve the Glenpool community now and in the future.
Our success as a school district is made possible by the incredible support of our families and community. Please consider making a contribution through GO for Glenpool this year!

No! GO funding does not disturb or change funding allocated to Glenpool Public Schools under the state funding formula. Think of GO contributions as funding that adds to traditional public school funding.
Yes, you can contribute both personally (as a single person or jointly as a married couple) and through a legal business entity that you control; however, the business contribution route is generally better from a tax perspective and can allow you to maximize your tax savings.
Please Note: To contribute BOTH personally and through your business, you will need to create a GO Contributor Account for your personal contribution using a personal email address and for your business contribution using a unique email address for your business.
Think of a tax credit as a gift card that you can use to pay your taxes. Tax credits directly reduce your tax burden on a dollar-for-dollar basis regardless of your marginal tax rate. On the other hand, the value of a tax deduction depends on several factors specific to each taxpayer, including whether you itemize deductions and your marginal tax rate. A tax deduction only reduces the base of your taxable income and therefore only indirectly reduces your tax burden by saving you cents on the dollar.
Your GO for Glenpool contributions go to support the Glenpool community by funding innovative educational programs in Glenpool Public Schools. Such innovative programs focus on improving student educational outcomes, enhancing the overall quality of Glenpool Public Schools' education, achieving the strategic plan of Glenpool Public Schools, and assisting Glenpool Public Schools in achieving its broader mission for the community.
